From the Los Angeles area (1 hr 45 min.)

Interstate 5 North, Exit Hwy 166. Turn Left. Travel approx. 18 miles, Turn Right on Basic School Road. There is a 15 mph left turn in the road. After curve road forks. Take the Right hand fork. (Street becomes Gardner Field Road). Airfield is 2 miles on the Left. Entrance is indicated by palm trees, across from South Lake Road.

From Ventura County Area (1hr. 45 min.)

Travel 126 to Interstate 5 North and follow directions above.

From Bakersfield (45 min.)

Hwy 99, Exit Hwy 119 (Taft Highway). Travel 119 to gardner Field Road. Turn Left. Cross The California Aqueduct. Entrance to the airfield is indicated by palm trees on the right, across from South Lake Road.
